Website Terms
Please read these Terms together with any other terms of use posted on the Website. They form the legal terms and conditions (the "Website Terms") that govern your use of JJ Active Wear (jjactivewear.ae), the Website services, the customer contact centre and the mobile application.
We may update these Website Terms from time to time by posting the updated version on the Website. Please check the page regularly; your continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the latest version. When you place an order through the Website or the customer contact centre (an "Order"), you accept the version of the Website Terms posted at that moment.
Eligibility
To shop with us you must be at least 18 years of age, able to make payment through one of our accepted payment methods, able to accept these Website Terms, and able to enter into a binding Order. Only orders with a delivery address inside the United Arab Emirates can currently be processed via this Website. The Website is intended for personal or gift purchases only; commercial use is not permitted and we may decline orders where commercial usage is suspected.
Orders
When you place an Order with us, subject to your right to cancel or return, you commit to buy the items at the price shown including any additional charges such as delivery, taxes or duties where applicable. Orders are subject to our acceptance, which we may withhold at our discretion (for example, where we cannot confirm payment authorisation, suspect fraud, are unable to ship to your address or are out of stock). Receipt of your Order is acknowledged by email, but the Order is only confirmed once we notify you that the item(s) have been dispatched.
Items in your basket are not reserved until the Order is paid for. The Website may show stock availability, but inventory can change throughout the day; in rare cases a product may sell out between Order placement and Order processing.
Complimentary Gifts
Some purchases include a complimentary gift. Items purchased on the Website may be non-returnable if the complimentary gift is not returned, has been opened or its packaging has been tampered with.
Prices
Prices on the Website are shown in AED and exclude optional add-on services (such as gift wrapping), delivery costs and any duties. Additional costs are displayed before checkout.
If you pay with a card denominated in a different currency, the payment is subject to the exchange rate applied by your card issuer when the payment is completed.
Although we make every effort to ensure prices displayed on the Website are correct, errors may occur. If we identify a pricing error we may, at our discretion: cancel the Order (or part of it), arrange for collection of the mis-priced item from your UAE delivery address and issue a full refund including original delivery fees and duties; honour the lower price if you were charged less than the actual price; or refund you the difference if you were charged more.
Promotional Codes and Discount Schemes
- Promotional codes are valid only in accordance with their terms, until the date stated, can be used only once, are not redeemable for cash, cannot be combined with any other offer, sale, discount or promotion, and may not apply to every item.
- Promotions and discounts apply automatically at checkout where eligible.
- If an item is not eligible for an offer, the discount will not be reflected at checkout.
- Promotional codes are personal and cannot be transferred to third parties.
- Department, brand and product exclusions may apply.
Shipping & Delivery
Our current delivery options are:

Orders placed outside working hours (09:00–20:00) or on a UAE public holiday are treated as placed on the next UAE business day. Timelines are indicative and time is not of the essence. Order delivery may face delays during promotional campaigns, sale seasons and public holidays. We are not responsible for failures to deliver for reasons outside our reasonable control, including where you are not available to take delivery or have requested postponement. It is your responsibility to ensure appropriate access. The courier may call you up to four times to book a slot and will make up to three delivery attempts before the Order is cancelled.
Returns & Cancellation
Returns window: 30 days from the date you receive the Order.
Manufacturing Defects
In addition to our 30-day returns policy, certain products may benefit from a manufacturer’s warranty. The details, if any, are included in the product packaging, inserts or accompanying documentation. If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please call us on +971 58 588 56 08 or email support@jjactivewear.ae.
Returns process
- Sign in to your account on jjactivewear.ae and open Orders.
- Open the Order and click Return item.
- Select the item(s) you wish to return and your reason.
- Choose either Pick up from address or Return in store and submit the request.
Once approved, the refund (via the original payment method) is normally credited within 5 business days; some banks may take longer. If your refund has not arrived within 15 business days of the return-processed confirmation, please email support@jjactivewear.ae.
Refund method
- Credit / debit card payments are refunded back to the card used.
- Cash on Delivery payments are refunded as a store credit / gift card.
- Gift card and store credit amounts are refunded as gift card / store credit respectively.
- If you paid with multiple methods, we may prioritise certain methods over others. For example, store credit used in the original payment is refunded first, before the remainder is refunded to a card.
- If we receive your return and require additional processing time, please allow 2–3 business days before the refund leaves our side. Credit card refunds can take up to 14 days to complete on the bank’s side.
Conditions applicable to returns
To qualify for a refund, items must be returned within 30 days of delivery and must be:
- unaltered, unused and in fully saleable condition (or the condition in which they were received);
- in their original packaging / box / dust-cover, with all brand and product labels, tags and instructions attached. Authenticity cards must also be returned where provided;
- accompanied by the original Order confirmation.
Additional rules apply to specific categories:
- Women’s swimwear and underwear can only be returned if the hygiene seal is still intact.
- Men’s swimwear and underwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
- Socks can be returned if sealed in their original packaging.
- Drinkware (bottles, shakers) is non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
- Personalised items cannot be returned.
- Supplements are only returnable if unopened, with the seal unbroken, in their original packaging.
We cannot accept returns for products not purchased via the Website or the customer contact centre. Gift items can only be returned with a refund issued to the original purchaser. The above is without prejudice to any consumer rights you may have under UAE law. We reserve the right to monitor returns and refuse Orders from customers with suspicious or excessive return histories.
Cancellation
You may contact us at any time before your Order is marked as "Processed" in our online tracking system to cancel or change it. We will either cancel free of charge and issue a full refund, or do our best to change the Order subject to stock availability and any applicable price adjustment. If the Order has already been processed, please wait for delivery and follow the returns process.
General
Liability
Save for death or personal injury arising out of our negligence, or for liability which cannot be excluded by law, under no circumstances shall we, our affiliates, employees, directors, officers, agents or suppliers be liable to you or any other person for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential losses or damages of any nature arising out of or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the Website. In no event will we be liable for any amount in excess of the amount paid by you for the product(s) in respect of which the claim arose. Nothing in this Agreement is intended to limit any rights you may have under applicable law. We respect individual rights including moral, cultural and religious rights enshrined in applicable law.
Language
These Website Terms are published in English and Arabic. If there is any inconsistency between the English text and the Arabic text, the English text prevails.
Illegality
If any provision of these Website Terms is held to be illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
Third-party sites
The Website may include hyperlinks to other websites or resources operated by third parties. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or availability of those pages, nor for any damage, loss or offence caused by, or in connection with, the use of any such content, goods or services.
Content
"Content" means any graphics, photographs (including image rights), sounds, music, video, audio or text on the Website. We make every effort to ensure that the information on the Website is accurate and complete but we cannot promise that the Content is error-free, or that the functional aspects of the Website or Content will be free from interruption or harmful components. We recommend you keep up-to-date virus checking software installed.
No warranty
Except as otherwise provided in these Website Terms or required by applicable law, we make no representation, covenant or warranty and offer no other conditions, express or implied, regarding any matter including merchantability, suitability or fitness for a particular use or purpose. The Website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis and your use of it is at your sole risk.
Descriptions
At the time of publication, all product descriptions are believed to be accurate. We strive to represent products as accurately as possible; however colours and resolution may vary depending on your monitor's display. Measurements and weights are approximate.
Product liability
By placing an Order through the Website you acknowledge that full liability for the products rests with the manufacturer and that we carry no product liability save as described in the Returns section.
Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold us, our directors, agents, affiliates, licensors and suppliers harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including legal fees, arising from or related to your use of the Website and / or your breach of any representation, warranty or other provision of the Website Terms, including the use by third parties accessing the Website using your account, caused by your action or inaction.
Intellectual property
Your use of the Website and its contents does not grant you any copyright, design, trademark or other intellectual property rights in the Content (as defined above), our software, HTML or other code. All such Content, including third-party trademarks, designs and related rights, is protected by national and international intellectual property laws and treaties. You may use the Content only as expressly authorised. Reproduction or redistribution is prohibited and may result in civil and criminal penalties. You may make one copy for personal viewing only.
No agency
Nothing in these Website Terms creates any agency, partnership or other form of joint enterprise.
Entire agreement
These Website Terms and any terms attached to your Order invoice constitute the complete and exclusive agreement concerning your use of the Website and any purchase through the Website, and supersede all prior proposals, agreements or other communications.
Disputes and governing law
These Website Terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the laws of the Emirate of Dubai. All disputes arising hereunder are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Reviews and user comments
By providing a review you are solely responsible for the content of the information you contribute. You grant us a right to use any content you provide for our own purposes including republication, translation, editing, copying and distributing the information in any form or media. We have no obligation to maintain information in confidence, to pay compensation or to respond to comments. Comments may be moderated. We reserve the right not to publish or to remove any comment that is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, harmful to minors, infringing or otherwise inappropriate.
Title to goods
Title to the items in your Order passes to you on the later of: (i) the day on which you pay us in full for those items; or (ii) the day you receive the items. Risk passes to you on delivery to the address detailed in the Order.
No waiver
Any failure or delay in exercising rights or remedies under these Website Terms shall not be construed as a waiver. The rights and remedies provided here are cumulative and not exclusive of any rights or remedies provided by law.
